Bungay Black Dog Running Club

Meeting place: 'Bungay Area Running Centre' (BARC), situated near to The Maltings Pavilion, Pernhow Street, Ditchingham

Training schedule: Tuesdays – 6.30–7.30pm (speed training, repetitions, and hill sessions); Thursdays – 6.40pm (various runs); Juniors aged between 8 and 17 train on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm; Sundays – various club runs throughout year.

Bure Valley Harriers
