There is a break in league action this weekend to allow games to be played in various cup competitions.
North Walsham, Diss and Norwich all have a day off, with Southwold - who entertain Hammersmith & Fulham in the first round of the RFU's Intermediate Cup - the highest ranked team in action.
In the Senior Vase Fakenham host Barking, West Norfolk are at Maldon and Thetford entertain Chelmsford.
Holt have a busy weekend, starting with a visit to Norwich Union in the first round of the Norfolk Intermediate Cup. On Sunday (3pm) a Holt XV play an Eastern Counties XV to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Bridge Road ground at High Kelling.
Meanwhile West Norfolk Ladies won 66-31 at the Lakenham Hewett counterparts to go top of their league. West scored 10 tries, with Amber Wadlow back of the match and Rosie Lingham forward of the match. Dani Pluckrose scored four tries for the hosts, with Sophie Bambridge also touching down.
