In the morning foursomes, playing with Rafiah Banday from Middlesex, she secured a half against Ffion Evans and Carys Worby and in the afternoon singles beat Carys Worby 4&2 as the girls won 4-2. Combined match score was England 11½ Wales 6½.

In a schools' international against Scotland at Troon Darley (boys) and Lochgreen (girls), girls' captain Amelia and Bawburgh's Taylor were instrumental in ensuring a win for England. In the morning foursomes they led the way by winning 3&1, although England lost the other girls' matches 4&3 and 2&1. In the afternoon singles Amelia won 7&6 against Anna McKay and Amy won 4&2 against Lorna McClymont. England won the girls' match 7-2 with a 6-0 scoreline in the singles.
