In the same league, North Elmham (185-8) moved up to third by claiming derby honours during a 58-run against Swanton Morley, who fell short as they struggled to deal with Mark Ballman (4-29) and company.

In the top-flight, Ketteringham Hall skittled Rollesby for 89 to move to the summit. They are ahead of Great Yarmouth (second) and Belton (third) by two points. In Division Two, former Cambridge Granta opening bowler Joe Heather made an impressive debut, taking four wickets, for Great Melton B (108) in their two-wicket defeat against Sprowston B (112-8).

For the first time in a senior team, Great Melton C selected two girls, Aimee Palmer and Emily Reay, against Rackheath.
