Norfolk U14s returned to winning when they hosted Lincolnshire, following a narrow loss against Essex.

Norfolk held their nerve in the mixed doubles, and with the score at 2-2, the Norfolk boys steamed ahead, taking all four singles.

In the girls' singles, Freya had a comprehensive win and there were spirited performances from the other girls, especially Lily, who lost by the narrowest of margins, 22-20 in the third.

The boys took to the court in their doubles, but Lincolnshire were not about to make anything easy for them. Two of the four games went to three, and there were some very lengthy rallies, pushing the Norfolk boys to play to the very best of their ability. But they held strong winning all four games, with Adithya and Naraen securing the win for Norfolk, winning 21-18 in the third. This left the girls to see if they could add to the winning total, which they duly did adding two more games leaving Norfolk with a 13-7 win.
