Positive results in yesterday's two MCCA Knock-out Trophy games spelt the end of Norfolk's chances of making progress from their group.
Wins for Suffolk against Shropshire and Wiltshire against Lincolnshire meant both counties moved above Norfolk, who completed their fixtures the previous Monday with four no results.
Their only hope of making progress lay with all three remaining games also being rained off.
