Norwich School's under-18 boys hockey team have progressed to the quarter-finals of the England Hockey Board Boys U18 Schools Cup.
They will face Queen's College, Taunton in the next round, after beating Cambridge-based Perse School in the fourth round of the eastern region stage of the competition.
After beating Perse 3-2 – thanks to two goals from Henry Laming and the other from Harry Cresswell – the team put themselves in the national draw with the top eight schools in the country.
The winners of the quarter-finals will meet at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, on April 26-27 for the semi-finals and final.
Joe Cowan, director of sport at Norwich School, said: 'The match against The Perse was an excellent all round performance by all the players in the side and it is always nice to see the hard work put in in training and additional matches pay off.'
