HETHERSETT LADIES' remote chances of winning the Eastern Region Premier Division are nothing more than a pipedream after a 3-1 home defeat at the hands of Braintree. Hethersett's goal came from Jenna Thirtle. Hethersett will have to hit better form when they visit Braintree this week in the semi-finals of the League Cup.
HETHERSETT LADIES HEARTS are just four points away from taking the Norfolk Women's League Division Two title at the first time of asking. On Sunday they drew 1-1 at Acle who are the only team that can prevent them winning the league. Hethersett are now odds-on favourites. They took the lead through Hannah Waters but Acle equalised three minutes from the end of a hard but very fair encounter.
