Dereham Town's play-off credentials will be given another stern examination this evening.

The Magpies pulled off a stunning 3-1 victory at Ryman Division One North leaders VCD Athletic on Saturday to boost their chances of finishing in the top five.

But it's not going to get any easier for the Magpies tonight when they face the side that sit directly below them in the table. Matt Henman's men, fourth, travel to fifth-placed Witham Town. Town are two points ahead of the Essex club in the table but have played nine times more.

Elsewhere, the region's FA Vase heroes will be back in action after enjoying a weekend off.

Quarter-finalists Wisbech Town entertain Deeping Rangers in a United Counties League Premier Division derby of sorts. Despite their Vase glory, the Fenmen sit seventh in their table and are two places behind the club they welcome to the Elgood's Fenland Stadium this evening.
