Lowestoft Town's Ryman League Premier clash against Maidstone United this afternoon has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

A pitch inspection took place this morning at Crown Meadow and the referee deemed the playing surface unsafe.

It is the second match in less than a week that the Blues have had postponed after their league match against Billericay Town on Tuesday night also fell foul of the weather.

Lowestoft are next in action on Tuesday night when they travel to Cheshunt in the Championship Manager Cup third round.
