Lowestoft Town have signed Colchester United midfielder Sam Corcoran on a month's loan.
The 20-year-old has made one substitute appearance for the League One side and will be available for the Blues' home match against Cray Wanderers on Saturday.
Corcoran was released by then Colchester manager Aidy Boothroyd last summer but upon his departure for Coventry, new boss John Ward offered the youngster a one-year deal.
'The good thing is that they can continue to train with us and that we're sending them out to clubs that we trust,' said Ward, who has also sent Carl Pentney out on loan to Chelmsford. 'It can only enhance what they're doing and everyone should benefit in this situation, both the clubs and the players themselves.'
