Lowestoft Town will return to league action with a home game against AFC Telford United to kick-off their new campaign.
The Trawlerboys survived their first season in the second tier of non-league football last season, which is now known as Vanarama National League North.
The Blues will be managed by Ady Gallagher this season following the retirement of joint manager Micky Chapman and exit of director of football Craig Fleming, to join Premier League club Southampton as a youth coach, last season.
Opening-day opponents Telford were relegated from the Conference Premier last season, finishing second from bottom after winning just 10 of their 46 matches.
The Trawlerboys have also been handed a reasonably kind festive period, with a home game against Boston on Boxing Day and a trip to Corby Town, in Northamptonshire, two days later.
Gallagher's side will also conclude their campaign at Crown Meadow, against Gloucester City.
