Wroxham have also landed a potential home tie against Combined Counties Chessington & Hook United or Western League Street.
Damian Hilton's outfit must now travel to Burnham Ramblers on Saturday after the Yachtsmen's original tie was postponed.
Winning clubs in the fourth round receive £1,500.
