After a very close 27-24 defeat at home to Diss in the Norfolk Senior Cup last week, Norwich hit the road again for their return to London 2NE action at fifth-placed South Woodham Ferrers.

The hosts were promoted with Norwich last season but have enjoyed a much more successful season so far.

Norwich picked up several injuries in the cup game but Gareth Leake, Matt Selby and Dave Micklethwaite are expected to be fit. Jonny Wheater's ankle injury will continue to be monitored but it is hoped that he will be fit to play.

With prop Tom Whiskin still unavailable, Pete Hosking joins Matt Selby and Matt Girling in the front row. Nick Austin will fill in at 10 for the unavailable Chris Parrott, Dougie Greenwood will play at 12, Rob Micklethwaite returns to one wing and Richie Rhodes should make his first team debut on the other, possibly from the bench.

- In London 3NE, Wymondham travel to third-placed Old Cooperians, hoping to see some progression since losing 33-10 to the Essex side at Tuttles Lane at the end of October.
