Holt moved further away from the London 2NE relegation zone after making it back-to-back wins.

Playing with the wind and the sun to their backs, Holt kicked off on a pitch saturated from the previous week's rain. For the first 15 minutes Enfield came hard at Holt but were thwarted by some strong defence which forced errors from the attacking team. Holt eventually came into the game with a pack drive up the left hand side of the pitch. The drive was eventually slowed but quick ball from the breakdown saw Simmons loop the ball around the centres and pass to Jarry-Ryan who fed Jackson on his inside for an unconverted try.

The Holt pack repeated their drive up the park which was halted illegally. Poortvliet took a quick tap penalty, broke through the retiring defence and passed to the supporting Gray to score a converted try under the posts, making the score 0-12. Holt again drove deep into Enfield's half, allowing Poortvliet to make a further quick break, offload the ball to Allan who in turn passed to Woods to score a converted try under the posts. In the closing stages of the half Enfield again took the game to Holt and were rewarded with an unconverted, pushover try in the corner from an attacking lineout, making the score 5-19.

Enfield started the second half in similar fashion and attacked deep into Holt's half. With the visitors scrambling to defend, Enfield kicked the ball through and gathered to score a converted try.

In return Holt drove upfield through a rolling maul which allowed Poortvliet to attack around the blind side and score a converted, bonus point try. Enfield refused to give in and, after continually bashing away at Holt's defence, forced a succession of missed tackles which resulted in an unconverted try by their winger, making the score 17-26.

In the last quarter of the game, as the heavy conditions took their toll, it was Holt's pack that begun to dominate. From an attacking five metre scrum Holt's pack drove the ball over, allowing Poortvliet to score a converted try. Again Holt's pack drove deep into Enfield's half through a very effective rolling maul. When Enfield eventually stopped it quick ball allowed Simmons to kick crossfield, finding Jarry-Ryan on the receiving end to score Holt's last try.

Holt's defence was at the heart of this win and the Woodforde's man of the match was centre Howick.
