North Walsham lost at lowly Tabard despite producing four tries and two bonus points.

Cutu Serruys nipped over in the left corner within two minutes but the Vikings saw Tabard go ahead with two penalties. Just before the break, at a scrum five metres out, Matt Oakes held the ball in the back row as the pack walked him over for a 10-6 interval lead.

After the break Scott Clelow scored for the Cobden Hill side to take the lead, before Tom Knight put Chris Borrett away for Walsham try number three for a 15-11 lead.

No8 Aaron Priscott restored the home lead with a try, converted by Reilly, before setting up prop Jo Jacobs for a touchdown and 23-15.

Van Vuuren released Jack Hoyles through the smallest of gaps for a fine try, converted by James Knight, but Reilly made sure of the home victory with a penalty.

Next Saturday Chingford come to Scottow, when the Vikings will protect the only unbeaten home record in London 1N.
