Norfolk's ladies county competitions reach their conclusion over the next few days, with the semi-finalists lining up at RG Carters BC.

On Sunday, play begins at 10am with two 2-wood singles quarter-finals, the unbadged singles and senior fours semi-finals. In the 2-wood competition three members of Norfolk Bowling Club battle it out as Rebecca Field and Jackie Devitt play against each other in the first quarter-final, while Anne Read plays Anita Smith from Aldiss Park in the second.

Three out of the four spots in the unbadged singles semi-finals are filled by members of Norfolk's under-30 Amy Rose squad with teenagers Nicole Mosely (Kings Lynn) and Elisheba Bell (Wymondham Dell) facing Lynn West (Aldis Park) and Lucy Tufts (NBC).

In the senior fours, Thelma Scarffe, Jan Dearman, Ann Chambers and Sheila Malyon will be hoping to replicate their success in the county fours competition. They'll face a team from Norfolk Bowling Club led by indoor international Carole Baker, with Elsie Elvin at two, Linda Bennett third and Kay Carrick Skip. In the other semi-final, an experienced block of Pat Clarke, Sandra Curtis, Christine Webb and Jayne Roylance from County Arts will play Gorleston's Jenny Willeard, Jean Clements, Ann Tickner and Jill Adams.

At 11.30 the pairs semi-finals will begin, with Norfolk Bowling Club hoping for double success, before the three finals and also the junior singles final.
