Gary Setchell has wasted no time in adding fresh blood to his King's Lynn Town squad by signing Chester's Peter Winn on a month's loan.
The Linnets' manager said he was desperate to add bodies to his stretched squad following the departures of George Thomson, to Chester, and Halesowen-bound Jake Jones. And yesterday he confirmed that left-sided winger Winn, who can also play as a striker, is the first to arrive to fill the gaping void.
Lynn's boss, who also told his club's website he is keen to bring in one or two more players in the next few weeks, said: 'I am very pleased to be able to bring Peter into the squad.
'He has a number of Conference appearances under his belt with the like of Barrow, Stevenage, Macclesfield and Cambridge United. He will give us some experience and also balance having lost Jake earlier in the week.'
Winn, 26, has made 12 appearances for Chester this term scoring once. He goes straight into the squad for Saturday's trip to Marine.
