King's Lynn Town's title hopes were boosted tonight after goal machine Jason Turner joined the Linnets from Wellingborough Town 2004.
Turner, 30, who bagged a hat-trick at The Walks in December during a 4-3 defeat for his side, is the joint-top goalscorer in the United Counties Premier Division with 23 goals.
Linnets boss Gary Setchell has beaten a host of clubs to capture the red-hot striker's signature as he continues his drive to land a coveted UCL title.
The 30-year-old put pen to paper on a deal at Lynn's ground this evening. He will be in Lynn's squad for their trip to Irchester United, weather permitting.
