King's Lynn Town will be looking to pile more Evo-Stik Premier Division pressure on a side Gary Setchell feels is underachieving this campaign.

While the Linnets sit ninth following promotion and have lost their last three games in all competitions, Buxton's form of late has been even less impressive. The Derbyshire outfit, 19th, have won just once in their past 13 outings and are only seven points above the drop zone.

Setchell is still expecting another tough Northern League encounter though but is still keen for his men to pick up a positive result at The Silverlands this evening.

Lynn's boss said: 'If you speak to other managers in the league they all say Buxton have been the biggest underachievers this season.

'They've got good players, a good manager, and their expectations were play-offs as a minimum. It's been a very disappointing season for them. But they've still got good players and although we beat them 3-1 at home, for the last 20 minutes they really expressed themselves and really put us to the sword.'

Wideman Jake Jones returns to the Lynn squad after missing Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Blyth Spartans through suspension. Ryan Fryatt (knee) is injured while Setchell is hoping Peter Bore and Charley Sanders can overcome work commitments in order to travel.

'You learn more about your players, your characters and the group in our current situation than you do when you've won three games on the bounce,' added Setchell.
