Last year's runners-up Denmark kick-start their quest for 2014 World Cup glory in Sweden this evening.

The Danes – who have left King's Lynn's Niels-Kristian Iversen and Kenneth Bjerre out of their four-man line-up for Event Two – take on the hosts, Czech Republic and Latvia for a place in Saturday's final alongside Great Britain and Poland.

Ex-Lynn rider Mads Korneliussen will be on show for the Danes while former Star Andzejs Lebedevs will be looking to inspire the Latvians. The countries who finish second and third will join the USA and Australia in Thursday's race-off.
