The start of the new speedway season will have a familiar feel to it for the King's Lynn Stars.
Lynn's last two fixtures of 2014 were against Poole Pirates in the Elite League play-off semi-finals and their first three meetings of the forthcoming campaign will be against the side who ended their dreams of maiden top-flight glory.
The Stars visit the champions on Wednesday, March 25, and host a return 24 hours later as last term's top two do battle for the Elite Shield.
And they won't have to wait long to renew their rivalry after the sport's equivalent of football's Community Shield takes place with Rob Lyon's men kickstarting their quest for another top-four finish when they host the Pirates in the league on Tuesday, March 31.
