Striker Dom Dwyer bagged his first Major League Soccer goal at the weekend.

The King's Lynn-raised frontman, who signed for Sporting Kansas City in 2012, finally found the net in America's top-tier during a 3-2 home loss to New York Red Bulls.

It brought an end to months of frustration for the 23-year-old who has been forced to spend much of this term away on loan at lower-level Orlando City – a spell which saw him break the league's (USL Pro) goalscoring record with 15 goals.
