King's Lynn Town will travel to Stalybridge Celtic in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy next month if they can finish the job off against Buxton on Wednesday evening.

The Linnets entertain Buxton at The Walks in a first qualifying round replay after a 3-3 draw last weekend as Jack Frohawk's last gasp strike gave Lynn a second bite of the cherry.

If they can emerge unscathed from that encounter then they can look forward to taking on Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday, November 10 after the Greater Manchester side secured their place in the next round thanks to a 1-0 win over Nantwich - Scott Bakkor getting the winner late on.

Stalybridge operate at the same level as King's Lynn and are currently placed 10th in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division.

Lynn have tasted defeat just once, against Ashton in the FA Cup, since Neil Fryatt and Robbie Back were named joint managers following the sacking of Simon Clark earlier this season.
