5ives: FDC Adult Cup and Female Cup

The FDC are hosting two tournaments, one for males and one for females, in August which are an ideal pre-season training aid for teams. Below are the key details for the two tournaments.

The FDC Adult Cup: August 4 (10am registration)

The annual FDC Adult Cup will be taking place on Sunday, August 4, when all affiliated clubs will be invited to take part in Norfolk's largest adult Small Sided competition. Great preparation for the 2013-14 football season! It costs just £29 to enter (£24 for Charter Standard Clubs).

The FDC Female Cup: Sunday, August 18 (10am registration)

We're inviting affiliated female teams in Norfolk, from both the youth and adult games, to take part in the county's largest female small sided competition. It costs just £27.50 to enter (£22.50 for Charter Standard Clubs).
