The Ideal Saddle Company has signed up event rider Casey Parker to its team of three sponsored riders.

Twenty-year-old Casey, who is based near Norwich, has ridden all her life and is now a full-time event rider with seven horses to compete this season. She was a keen member of the North Norfolk Pony Club and also Carleton Riding Club and competed in showing initially but then progressed to eventing at the age of 14.

She has a wealth of experience behind her, despite her young age, having being placed at the RIHS and HOYS in her showing days and having qualified for the Badminton Grassroots Championship for two years running.

Casey's top ride this season is a new horse – Chataigne Filice (or Red, as he is known at home) – owned by Vivien and Bob Jupp and she will be working hard to build a partnership with him in British Eventing.
