Huckerby gets fans' vote

Darren Huckerby has been named Norwich City player of the season for 2007. Fans voted him best Canary player in a disappointing season, with 38-year-old Dion Dublin second.

Darren Huckerby has received the Barry Butler Memorial Trophy after being voted City's player of the season. It was the second time Huckerby had collected the award after winning it in 2005. He became the seventh player to win the accolade twice.

Runner-up in the supporters' poll was the veteran Dion Dublin, with central defender Jason Shackell in third place.

There was also an award for midfielder Dickson Etuhu as the player of the month for April.

Groundsman Gary Kemp was among the honours as well after being named as Championship groundsman of the year.
