HOLT 23, WOODBRIDGE 12: Holt saw off the determined challenge of old rivals Woodbridge to record their third win of the season.
Woodbridge reduced the deficit to 15-12 after the break with a couple of tries. But their cause was not helped by a yellow card, with Allen kicking the resulting penalty.
With eight minutes remaining, Jarry-Ryan gathered the ball on the half-way line and burst through the defence to score an excellent unconverted try.
Holt finished the game in control, although all credit to Woodbridge for their contribution. At one stage early in the second half they looked as though they had the game for the taking.
The win earned Holt four points and confirmed their mid-table position.
