RFU JUNIOR VASE: After ending their Eastern Counties One programme with a convincing win over league champions Stowmarket, Holt have booked their place in the promotion play-offs with a home date against Millwall still to be confirmed.

In the meantime, their Twickenham dream lives on with Cantabrigians visiting Bridge Road on Saturday in the last 16 round of the RFU Junior Vase.

Holt know what to expect with Cantabrigians, having played and beaten them in the league only a month ago.

'If we can perform as we did last week I have no worries that we will progress to the next round,' said coach Penny Chapman. 'We know their strengths and we will be looking at how we combat them in training this week.

'The run we are on has been fantastic and we want to maintain this momentum with another first-rate performance on Saturday, the squad has taken a few knocks but hopefully with the help of physio Andy Siddle we will have a full squad to pick from,' she added.
