Basketball-playing pupils at Springwood etched their name in the high school's record books by reaching the national quarter-finals.
The under-16s team at the King's Lynn centre were beaten by a school from Northampton but are still Springwood's most successful team to date.
Joint coach Nat Dodman said: 'I am gutted for all the players that we got knocked out just before the final four. But it was a great adventure and experience for both the team, the school, and me.
'I'm incredibly proud of the boys. I am also very lucky to have all of these committed players to the game of basketball on one team. I would like to thank the school for all of their support, and the cup run only goes to strengthen the partnership between Lynn Nets basketball and Springwood Academy. We hope to extend the programme next year and try to repeat the success of this year.'
Double G Clothing have also recently shown their support to the talented team by sponsoring some new basketball attire for the players to wear.
