Hardingham's reward for their shock first round win in the Carter Cup is an away tie at East Anglian Premier League Fakenham.
The Norfolk Alliance newcomers, making their debut in the competition, stunned Beccles in the first round last weekend but will have to raise their game still further against Fakenham, who received a walkover win to reach this stage.
Downham also produced an upset in the first round to beat Great Witchingham and they will now host North Runcton in a 'best of the west' tie.
Reigning champions Swardeston have been drawn at home to Swaffham, while fellow EAPL side Vauxhall Mallards host Norwich & Coltishall Wanderers.
Second round draw: Old Buckenham v Bradenham, Swardeston v Swaffham, Downham v North Runcton, Fakenham v Hardingham, Acle v Horsford, Diss v Bungay, Stow v Sprowston, Vauxhall Mallards v Norwich & Coltishall Wanderers.
All ties to be played on Sunday, May 30.
