Greens get quick chance for revenge

Ridgeons League table-toppers Wroxham entertain Gorleston tonight in the second round of the League Cup.

The tie will offer the Greens an early chance to avenge a heart-breaking defeat to the Yachtsmen in the Premier Division only ten days ago – when they were leading 2-0 with eight minutes go only for Wroxham to come back and snatch a winner in injury time.

King's Lynn are expected to rest a number of senior players during their United Counties league KO Cup first round match against Raunds at The Walks tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).
