Gorleston 4 Yarmouth 2 (aet)
Gorleston reached the quarter-finals of the Norfolk Senior Cup with a 4-2 extra time victory over neighbours Great Yarmouth at Emerald Park. Gorleston took the lead from the penalty spot in the 29th minute when Liam Harvey-Cooper converted and they doubled their advantage nine minutes before the break through Steve Taylor.
Yarmouth pulled one back on 54 minutes through Dan Baldock and in the final minute of injury time, Mark Allen grabbed a dramatic equaliser to send the tie into extra-time.
But goals from Ali McKenna and Christy Finch in the extra period sent the Greens through to give Richard Daniels victory over his former assistant Mike Derbyshire who was returning to Emerald Park for the first time since leaving to become Yarmouth boss in September.
