Norwich United broke through the 100-point barrier with a 3-0 win at Godmanchester Rovers in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division this evening.

The Planters wrapped up the Eastern Counties top-tier title earlier this month but have now also achieved their objective of achieving 100 points and scoring 100 league goals.

Top scorer Matt Blake scored twice in the first half to take his league goals tally to 32 for the season, drawing level with Godmanchester's Tom Meechan, and Ben Thompson made it 3-0 before the break. The Planters then maintained their lead through to full-time to go 31 points clear of second-placed Rovers.

Damian Hilton's team will be presented with the Premier Division trophy after full-time of their final match of the season, at home against Stanway Rovers on Saturday (3pm kick-off).

They then head to the home of Diss Town, Brewers Green Lane, on Monday to face Walsham le Willows in the Thurlow Nunn League Cup final (3pm).
