A whiff of nostalgia will be in the air at Manor Park on Sunday as former Norfolk bowler Ted Wright has organised a reunion of former players. The now President of Norfolk County Cricket Club has invited players from the 1977 to 1982 Norfolk side to come and watch their former team take on Buckinghamshire. Among the former favourites attending will be Phil Sharpe of Yorkshire and England fame, David Pilch, Tracey Moore along with former Pakistan opening bowler Parvez Mir. The reunion will run from 11am to 7pm and Wright said it is a chance for some of the players to talk about the old days. "We will all be reminiscing," he said. "This will be our 11th reunion and we try to do it every two years now. We hope that as many people can attend as possible." For further information call Ted Wright on 07731774493.
