South African all-rounder Luandre Van Wyk eased Stow's Premier Division relegation fears as he starred in their five-wicket win over Lowestoft.

Van Wyk took four for 39 and then led Stow to victory with an unbeaten 80. Lowestoft's innings was dominated by their own South African star, Ruan Du Plessis, who hit 111.

Little changed at the top of the table as Norwich and Fakenham both claimed comfortable wins.

Half-centuries from Fakenham's Ben Harvey (51), Keegan Monahan Fairlie (59) and Sam Wells (50) set up a 122-run win at bottom side Acle, who were bowled out for 98 – 53 of which came from Tom Wilson.

North Runcton won at Diss by three wickets and Downham moved up to third with a thrilling two-run win at Ashmanhaugh & Barton Wanderers, as the strugglers lost their final wicket within touching distance of victory.

Bradfield took over at the top of Division One after a 94-run win at morning leaders Mattishall, Dave Yarham taking five for 26.

Brooke denied Cromer outright victory by securing a losing draw on the coast.

Tom Davies (100no) and Richard Charlwood (53) helped Cromer post a big total, but Tom Nudd's 53 allowed Brooke to hang on.

Bradenham remain in the bottom two after a six-wicket defeat at Swardeston A, who move up to second.

Mark Hunter (75) and Kevin Stagles (52) gave Bradenham hope, but it was extinguished by Swardeston's Ben Shearing (89no) and Sapumal Herathge (69).

Ben Baldwin enjoyed a day of success with bat and ball as Topcroft beat Dereham by 24 runs.

Baldwin top scored with 78 and then took five for 21 as Dereham's struggles continued.

Jamie Heyburn hit 86no to lead Horsford A to a narrow two-wicket win at Norwich A.

In Division Two, teenage paceman Isaac Rolph was the hero for lowly Hales & Loddon, taking his maiden five-wicket haul as they pulled off a surprise win over high-flying Swardeston B at Hilltops.

Rolph, 17, took six for 20 in nine fiery overs as the hosts, needing 106 to win, collapsed to 92 all out in the 35th over, having been reduced to 22 for five after six overs.

Earlier, Swardeston spinner Rory Olpin, 14, bagged six for 35 from his 12 overs.

Great Melton had twin centurions in their high-scoring winning draw at Downham A, as Jason Whiddett (102) and Richard Wood (107) both shone with the bat.

Beccles are now 30 points clear at the top after Jamie Mirner (50no and four for four) produced an excellent all-round display in a 129-run win at Saham Toney.

Tim Shelley hit 58 as Hethersett & Tas Valley recorded a six-wicket win at Saxlingham, who had a half-century from Anthony Pearson (63no).
