Gary Belton and Scott Gray both scored twice as Hindringham beat Gayton United 6-2. Hindringham's other goals came from Darren West and Jason Chilvers, while Neil Goodbourn and Martyn Allen were on target for Gayton.

North Elmham are up to third after winning 5-1 at Gressenhall and have moved above Dereham Posties, who were beaten by the only goal at Rockland United. Saham Toney won 6-2 at Dereham Town A and Yaxham and Hingham Athletic shared the spoils from a 2-2 draw.

t In the NEN League Slater and Frith Division One, there was a vital 2-1 victory for East Ruston over fellow challengers Mundesley.

Mundesley were in front through Skipper until the last 15 minutes when strikes from Garth and Stride sent Ruston five points clear at the top. The losers stay second followed by Lyng on goal difference.

Newly promoted Erpingham won a seven-goal thriller against Corpusty, their scorers Sutton (2), Earls and Green, with Cramp, Worthington and Ramm replying.
