Willow trout fishery 01986 785392. It's been a wonderful week at Willow with all anglers taking limit bags. The fish have been in good condition and fighting well. They have been described as bars of silver. Best flies have been buzzers, hares ears and damsel nymphs. This mini heat wave could change the fishing sending the fish deeper looking for cooler water.

Narborough trout lakes 01760 338005. Fishing well with plenty of fish coming out. The big fish lake willow has seen six fish to the 9lb mark coming out. Top flies this week has been buzzers, small dries, pheasant tails and hares ears. All lakes are clear. Floating lines and long leaders are required to get the flies down in the water.

South Elmham trout lakes 07500 703389. Most anglers have caught their bag limits this week, with a number of newcomers visiting the lakes for the first time. Catch of the week went to John Letters for a 7lb rainbow. Various flies have been successful including little black buzzers, hares ear and damsel nymphs.
