It was another beautiful day for Horning Sailing Club's racing on Sunday with the warm sunshine and perfect winds resulting in the best turnout of the season so far as 25 boats competed.

The morning races saw a reach up and down the river, and close racing in the fleets. In the first Yeoman race, Toby Fields, sailing Tanskey, managed to pull away from the remainder of the fleet to take a win, and followed this up with a second and two further wins during the day. George Whitefoot took a win and second place in Fire Opal.

Following on from last week's father-daughter rivalry, this week it was a matter of sibling rivalry in the mixed dinghy fleet, with Ellie & Pippa Edwards first and second in the lunchtime race. Jack Barnham coming in third meant it was a Splash dinghy first, second and third.

Another two firsts for Ellie made it a good day's racing, with Edward Wildman helming his Laser winning another.
