Holt travel to Newmarket tomorrow in Eastern Counties One.

The front row takes the same shape as last week, with evergreen Billy Parker cementing his place after a fine display of scrummaging against Stowmarket. In the second row things remain unchanged as Ali Miller again partners Paul Amiss in the absence of Ashley Woods, who is still recovering from a broken hand. In the back row Jason Child is away hiking so Sam Wright steps in at No 8, leaving room for Tom Hume to make his first league start at blindside. Ben Girling and Jason Calverley still share the No 9 shirt, with Jarrod Calkin resuming service at No 10. On the wings Stu Robson and Jo Burn get the nod, with Tim Allen at fullback after a fine display last week.

t Lowestoft and Yarmouth head to Thurston tomorrow hoping to maintain an unbeaten start to the season.

With two promising youngsters Matt Howell and Zak Baxter both injured in training, and Marc Thomas unavailable in the back row, they expect a tough game from a Thurston team who are known to step up a gear at home. The front row has a familiar look, with Wayne Nixon, Chris Howe and Graeme Newton starting. Simon Coleman and Russ Wilkinson remain at lock, and Ben McElroy, Lewis Davey and Shaun Woodhouse make up a fast, but powerful back row. With Howell out, the coaches felt a better balance would be created by moving Russ Chapman to wing, despite his outstanding displays at scrum half so far.
