Eleanor Brown took the U15 triple jump gold, with new PB and Norfolk county record of 11.16m and also took bronze in the long jump.

Kate Willis also rose to the occasion – a PB took her through the U15 girls 800m heats, and she ran even faster in a well-executed race to take the silver, her first national track medal.

Serena Grace ran well through the heats and semi-finals to secure a place in a very competitive U15 girls 100m final, finishing in seventh.

Jack White continued his successful season with bronze in the U17 men's 3,000m.
