The 22nd Norfolk Schools' Golf Championship takes place at Eaton on Monday – with the two stars of the county game in attendance.
England internationals Toby Briggs (Dunston Hall) and Amelia Willimason (Royal Cromer) will start as favourites to pick up their respective trophies, playing as they do off a handicap of plus three.
Toby, who made it to the top of junior world rankings at the turn of the year, has a total of 30 challengers, with only five of them having a handicap of four or less – Liam Cossey (Royal Norwich), Warren Bates (Heacham Manor), Jack Cullington (Bawburgh), Kale Heath (King's Lynn) and Liam Hansey (Bungay and Waveney Valley).
Amelia's closest challengers based on handicap are likely to be county colleagues Amy Taylor (Bawburgh) and Ellie Brown (Barnham Broom) who both play off one. There are 16 entries in the girls' event. Play starts at 9am.
