Dersingham bowled Swaffham out for just 69 to win by 89 runs.

Scott Thaxton's 42no boosted the Dersingham total, before Jack Southgate ripped out the Swaffham top order. Southgate finished with five for 10 from eight overs and Thaxton also collected three victims as Swaffham were dismissed in 36 overs.

In-form Thetford skipper Liam Conroy (62) added another half-century to his tally this season as his side claimed a winning draw at home to Great Melton A.
