There was a double celebration for Wymondham on Saturday as two teams booked places in county finals.
The firsts saw off Norwich Medics 38-5 in the semi-finals of the Norfolk Cup, thanks to tries from Auden Airdrie (2), Andy Mackay (2), Shaun Rix and David Blake.
The seconds had earlier beaten West Norfolk II 27-15 in the last four of the Bowl, with the tries coming from Hamish Wright (2), Alex Wigney, Ben Edwards and James Burrell.
Crusaders reached the semi-finals of the Plate after winning 43-26 at Lowestoft & Yarmouth.
They conceded first but were 26-12 up at the break thanks to two tries apiece from Peter Blinkhorn and Ryan Harris. The hosts got back on level terms but Crsuaders then pulled away as their forwards turned up the heat, with George King and Jamie Dack touching down. L&Y's try scorers were Tom Port (2), Airidas Savickas and Gareth Bowker.
