Dion Frary scored twice for Fakenham Town to edge a 2-1 win against local rivals Thetford Town in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier Division last night.
Frary gave the home side the lead within 30 seconds at Clipbush Park but Thetford hit back nine minutes into second half, through Elliot Smith.
Frary headed in a James Page free-kick in the 63rd minute though, to restore the lead for Fakenham.
The duo return to league action on Saturday, with Thetford at home against Brantham Athletic and Fakenham away at Wivenhoe Town.
