Dereham Town manager Matt Henman takes his side to higher-level Boston United in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup today, writes Ed Colman.

And the Magpies boss is looking forward to what he called an extra special day for the club against a club which were playing in the Football League as recently as 2007.

He said: 'Every day and every match is a proud moment to manage the team but to be in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup and to be going somewhere with the tradition that Boston United have is going to make it an extra special and I am really looking forward to it and can't wait until kick-off.

'It is going to be a tough game for us, we are under no illusions, they are the biggest side we have played against. It is a first for the club and we need to go there and enjoy it - but we enjoy it by going to Boston, working hard and trying our hardest to try and cause an upset.'

The Aldiss Park boss also believes that summer signing Matt Hockley, a former professional with Torquay, will be key to his gameplan.

Henman added: 'Matt is the only one of our squad who has probably experienced anything like the atmosphere at Boston on a regular basis, so he will be a big part of the team for us, both in the changing room and on the pitch but it will also be a big day for our younger lads and one that I think they are more than capable of contending with.'
