The visit to Ipswich on Sunday, November 19, already brought forward to a noon kick-off after consultation with the police, will now kick off at 11.30am.
It is the second successive early television start for this fixture - last season's clash at Carrow Road kicked off at 11.15am.
November's match will see City trying to extend their excellent form at Portman Road, where they have won four and drawn one of their last five visits.
