It's a big weekend at both ends of the Eastern Counties One table.

At the top Crusaders will be aiming to blow the title race wide open when they take on leaders Thetford while at the bottom basement battlers Swaffham and Beccles come face to face at North Pickenham Road.

Crusaders could close the gap on Thetford to just three points with an away win tomorrow, while such an outcome would also open up the opportunity for second placed Wymondham to ramp up the pressure in the battle for the title.

Following last week's 27-19 win over the leaders the Red and Blacks are now just six points away from the summit and will be aiming to keep up the good work at third from bottom Ipswich YM.

Down at the bottom Swaffham know an emphatic win over Beccles would take them off the bottom. Both sides have won three and lost 15 so far this season but Beccles have picked up four more bonus points.
