Crusaders came out on top in an entertaining encounter.
They led 15-13 at the break courtesy of tries from prop Henry Joy and Stewart Cameron and a penalty from Tristan Smith.
Joy scored his second after the break and although Woodbridge responded with a try of their own full back Mark Keysell scored out wide to increase the hosts' lead. Woodbridge levelled it at 25-25 with a quarter to go but Crusaders got the decisive score when James Garner created an opening for replacement Peter Blinkhorn to score.
