Captain Andy Hunter lifted the Hospital Cup for a second successive year following Castle Acre Swifts victory over Swaffham Town A.
It was an entertaining fixture for those who came to support the competition, with the 4-0 result not considered a true reflection of the match.
Craig Burton and Craig Warnes scored a goal apiece for Castle Acre at Shoemakers Lane, with Daniel King scoring twice.
The presentation of the Hospital Cup and commemorative medals was made by David Gulliver, chairman of the League of Friends, and Diana Smith, ward manager at Swaffham Community Hospital.
Gulliver informed the crowd that the League of Friends had contributed £58,000 towards improvements for facilities and equipment at the hospital last year and that it was the envy of neighbouring establishments.
Swaffham Town secretary, Ray Ewart, said: 'Special mention and thanks to Vic Petri and Colin Greenway for providing their refereeing expertise free of charge throughout the competition and their support on the line for the final from Mick Polski.
'The Competition Committee anticipate that once again a figure in excess of £650 has been raised for this worthy cause. A formal cheque presentation at the Hospital will be made in the near future.
'Swaffham Town FC thank Narford Scaffolding, The George Hotel, The Greyhound Inn and Pedlars Hall Cafe for once again supporting this community initiative.'
